Plant Nutrition's Plant Based Burger Mix will be the quickest, most delicious meat-free burger you've tried yet! The vegetable and herb mix gives the plant-based burgers a delicious flavour and satisfying texture. 


Plant Protein (60.5%) [Textured Soy Protein (Defatted Soy Meal, Colour (150a)), Pea Protein Isolates], Maize Starch, Chia Seeds, Hemp Seeds, Vegetables (Carrot, Red Bell Pepper, Onion) Herbs (Basil, Parsley, Oregano), Salt, Mustard Seed Powder, Yeast Powder, Ferric Pyrophosphate (Iron), Cyanocobalamin (Vit B12).

Contains: Soy. May be present: Gluten


  • Plant Nutrition Burger Mix 200g
  • 300mL Water
  • 4 Burger Buns
  • 1 Tomato
  • 4 Lettuce Leaves

Cooking Instructions

Add Plant Nutrition Burger Mix to a bowl with 300mL water. Stir and leave to absorb for 12-20 minutes in the fridge or until mixture has absorbed water and is firm enough to form patties.
Roll into palm-sized patties and set aside.
Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the burger patties and cook, turning when golden and crispy.
Assemble your burgers and enjoy!
